Dates:  October 15-19, 2018

Curriculum Information for the Week:

Literacy: Students are focusing on reading short stories and picture books. We will be reading a couple of selections closely in class. We will then write our literary essays based on these close readings.

Math:  Adding and Subtracting Fractions continues this week as we move into operations with unlike denominators. Students will develop conceptual understanding using manipulatives and models to show their thinking.
